Planning and Design of Strait Tourism Comprehensive Development Project

For the entire island of Langqi, we adhere to the development principle of adapting to local conditions and making appropriate use, and maximize the protection and utilization of ecological resources such as water systems, farmland and forests. Based on this, the five themed core areas are implanted and connected in series with the island tour route, so that the island's life and the natural environment are perfectly integrated. 

Practicing the advanced planning concepts that are in line with the world, this design puts forward the development blueprint of five major sections such as International Comprehensive Service Area, Marine Eco-tourism Area, Ecological Humanities Coordination Area, Agricultural Eco-industrial Area, and New Ecological Urban Area, makes Langqi Island development goals being positioned as international sample of the future cities with sustainable development. 

The plan will fully explore the history of Langqi Island, promote the blue dream with the theme of the Maritime Silk Road, Zheng He's voyages to the west and ship administration culture; improve the living environment of the indigenous people, provide assistance for household registration reform and full circulation of land; and enhance the connotation and cultural heritage of local folk customs, forming a characteristic tourism industry.

Fully apply the development mode of "industrial-financial integration, capital fusion". Create an overall business layout that meets the functional needs of all city functions such as life, work, tourism, and ecology. Taking Happy Langqi as the theme image, discover human landscape resources of Langqi Island, display the planning concepts through the nine business formats of "food, housing, travel/ tourism, entertainment and shopping/education, work and rest", connect the comprehensive urban experience in series, making people be able to simultaneously experience and seek the meaning of happiness in life, work, leisure, recreation
